I have developed a set of processes and services to diagnose problems, as well as to implement growth, performance, and brand differentiation. Financial statements are great metrics for any company. Cash flow statements immediately tell us how the company has performed over time, and how it compares to competitors in the space.
However, financials alone do not explain why problems occur, or how we can be successful. They are simply metrics. Creating a strategic plan requires many different tools, research and intense work of collaboration with the client’s team.

Learn to engage everyone on your team in the development process. There is an immensely powerful, often untapped source of knowledge inside each company. Support employees to embrace the changes needed to make your business successful.
In the end, our work is the work of transformation– shifting from blocked to success, seeing the blind spots, refining business strategy and re-engineering business processes. This work may call for new sales & marketing strategy, understanding new trends, policies & regulations, assessing competitive threats, reconsidering human resources, re-thinking the company’s mission, etc. This process generally takes between 3-6 months.
